- Bake flatbreads, Ma'soub, and Arikeh
- Prepare 50 flatbreads and 10 people's worth of Ma'soub and Arikeh daily
- Work morning, afternoon, and evening shifts
- Work from 6am to 2pm and evening from Maghreb to 11pm
- Prepare food items as required
