Responsibilities
- Define automation standards and governance
- Lead OT cybersecurity and MES-OT integration
- Own robotics and vision applications
- Sponsor historian and analytics use cases
- Establish controls response model and KPI cadence
- Recruit and develop engineers/technicians
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (controls, electrical, mechatronics, robotics)
- 10+ years of experience in industrial automation/robotics
- 5+ years of team leadership experience
- English fluency; Arabic preferred
- Experience with EV Powertrain equipment
