Responsibilities
- Develop and test PLC programs and interfaces
- Troubleshoot PLC, I/O, sequencing, and safety-circuit faults
- Execute controls FAT/SAT and equipment acceptance
- Develop HMI/SCADA screens and integrate PLCs with MES/APM
- Configure and troubleshoot industrial networks and OT cybersecurity
- Deploy and troubleshoot vision systems and robotics interfaces
Requirements
- Hands-on expertise in Siemens TIA Portal and Rockwell Studio 5000
- Experience with HMI/SCADA/Ignition, alarms, historian, diagnostics
- Industrial-network troubleshooting skills
- Ability to interpret electrical/I/O/network drawings and safety circuits
- Strong structured RCA skills
