Responsibilities

• Develop and test PLC programs and interfaces
• Troubleshoot PLC, I/O, and electrical faults
• Execute controls FAT/SAT and equipment acceptance
• Develop HMI/SCADA screens and integrate with MES/APM
• Configure and troubleshoot industrial networks
• Deploy and troubleshoot vision systems and robotics interfaces

Requirements

• Hands-on expertise in Siemens TIA Portal and Rockwell Studio 5000
• Experience with HMI/SCADA/Ignition, alarms, historian, diagnostics
• Industrial-network troubleshooting skills
• Ability to interpret electrical/I/O/network drawings
