Responsibilities
- Monitor CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and other security platforms
- Receive, assess, document, and communicate emergency and non-emergency information
- Maintain accurate incident logs, activity records, and operational reports
- Coordinate communications with field security personnel and stakeholders
- Prepare incident reports and supporting documentation
- Respond to requests from field personnel and internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Associate degree
- + years of relevant experience
- years of experience in Emergency Services, Dispatch Operations, or SOC operations
- APCO certifications preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
