• Review tender documents and specifications
• Verify and restructure BOQs
• Prepare detailed architectural quantity take-offs
• Obtain and review quotations from subcontractors
• Prepare technical and commercial comparison sheets
• Support tender pricing and cost evaluation

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture Engineering
• Minimum 8 years of experience in architectural tendering or estimation
• Experience in building and construction projects
• Knowledge of BOQ preparation and quantity take-off
• Experience reviewing architectural drawings and specifications
• Saud/GCC experience preferred
