An Architectural Technical Manager is sought by Retal Group for BCC in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Architectural Technical Department
• Act as Project Manager when assigned
• Manage preparation and review of IFC drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code (SBC) and local regulations
• Lead multidisciplinary coordination

Requirements

• More than 20 years of relevant professional experience
• Strong expertise in IFC drawings, shop drawings, and as-built documentation
• Excellent knowledge of the Saudi Building Code (SBC) and applicable local regulations
• Strong leadership, technical management, and multidisciplinary coordination skills
• PMP certification is preferred
