The Architectural Technical Manager will join BCC in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural technical teams
• Manage IFC, shop drawings, and as-built drawings
• Coordinate multidisciplinary projects
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code
• Provide technical leadership
• Oversee project implementation

Requirements

• 20+ years of relevant experience
• Strong expertise in IFC, shop drawings, and as-built drawings
• Knowledge of Saudi Building Code (SBC) and applicable Saudi standards
• Excellent technical leadership and multidisciplinary coordination skills
• PMP certification preferred
• Maximum 1-month notice period
