Responsibilities
- Execute and supervise tower and high-rise building projects
- Supervise on-site execution and ensure work quality
- Review engineering drawings
- Maintain compliance with project schedule
- Coordinate architectural, mechanical, and electromechanical works
- Ensure hotel quality standards and specifications are met
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in architectural engineering
- Experience in Mechanical and Electromechanical (MEP) works
- Experience in high-rise building and tower projects
- Experience in hotel finishing works
- Strong coordination skills
- Ability to review engineering drawings
