Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture / Architectural Engineering
• Strong experience in building permits, authority submissions, and approvals
• Knowledge of Saudi Building Code, Municipality/Amanah regulations, and Civil Defense requirements
• Experience preparing and reviewing architectural drawings for permit compliance
• Experience using relevant government submission platforms
• Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills
