An Architect is sought by Enmaa Gulf Engineering Consulting to manage its engineering office in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, overseeing technical, administrative, and operational activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational and financial plans
• Manage engineering, technical, and administrative teams
• Review and approve architectural drawings and deliverables
• Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations and standards
• Manage design approvals and licensing procedures
• Represent the company before clients and government authorities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Master's degree in Project Management or Design preferred
• Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membership
• 12+ years of experience in architectural design and engineering
• 5+ years of experience managing an engineering office in Saudi Arabia
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit Architecture
