An Application Engineer – HVAC is needed by a leading HVAC solutions company.
Responsibilities
- Handle client communications, order enquiries, deliveries, and project documentation
- Prepare quotations, technical submittals, compliance statements, and acoustic calculations
- Prepare AutoCAD tag drawings and tag lists for production
- Process ERP-based sales orders, order acknowledgements, OERs, and OPRs
- Verify quantities against client LPOs and ensure accurate order processing
- Support the sales team with product selection, technical assistance, and quotation follow-ups
Requirements
- Experience in HVAC products and application engineering
- Knowledge of ductwork, dampers, louvers, VAV boxes, and sound attenuators
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and ERP systems
- Experience in quotation preparation, technical submittals, and order processing
- Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills
