An Appian QA/Test Automation Lead is sought by a banking/financial services company.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement end-to-end test strategies
• Develop and maintain automated test frameworks for Appian applications
• Lead UI and API automation
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines
• Conduct performance testing
• Collaborate with teams to manage defects and ensure release readiness

Requirements

• + years of experience in QA/Test Engineering
• + years of experience testing Appian applications or comparable BPM/low-code platforms
• Strong hands-on experience in test automation, regression testing, and API testing
• Experience with automation tools/frameworks such as Selenium, Appian testing tools, FitNesse, or Cucumber
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, performance testing, defect management, and test management tools
• Understanding of banking workflows, security controls, and data privacy requirements
