Effat University's Effat College of Business seeks an Assistant/Associate Professor in Entrepreneurship.
Responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Entrepreneurship
- Employ innovative learning pedagogies
- Supervise undergraduate capstone projects
- Supervise PhD dissertations
- Mentor student startups and support entrepreneurship initiatives
- Maintain active high-impact research agenda
Requirements
- PhD in Entrepreneurship or related field from accredited institution
- Publications in reputable indexed peer-reviewed journals
- 4-8 years university-level teaching experience in English
- Experience with accreditation processes
- Record of supervising graduate theses and dissertations
- Engagement with entrepreneurship ecosystems is desirable
