HR Financial Operations Specialist role at Balsam United Company in Jeddah.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review salaries, allowances, and deductions
• Follow up on employee benefits, insurance, and claims
• Reconcile payroll data with employment contracts
• Coordinate with the Finance Department
• Prepare workforce cost reports
• Support process automation

Requirements

• Saudi nationality
• Diploma/Bachelor's in Accounting or related field
• Valid SOCPA membership
• 1+ year of practical experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and English
