A General Accountant is needed for a mining company in Riyadh.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records
• Prepare, review, and record journal entries
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare financial statements, trial balances, and management reports
• Ensure compliance with Saudi VAT regulations and IFRS standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in general accounting
• Strong practical knowledge of accounting functions and financial transactions
• Experience in mining industry is preferred
• Advanced experience in Accounts Payable and Supplier Accounting is desirable
• Proficiency in ERP accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
