Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project reports
• Maintain project Profit & Loss statements
• Prepare and issue customer sales invoices
• Record project income, expenses, purchases, and cash transactions
• Manage petty cash and maintain vouchers
• Receive and issue materials against approved documents
