An Accountant and a Cost Controller for F&B are needed at Modern Innovation Investment Company (MIIC) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting transactions and general ledger entries
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable and invoices
• Monitor expenses and maintain accurate accounting documentation
• Analyze food costs, beverage costs and inventory movements
• Conduct regular stock reconciliations and physical inventory counts
• Prepare periodic cost analysis reports and recommendations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Relevant experience in F&B industry preferred
• F&B cost control experience essential for Cost Controller
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
• Ability to work collaboratively with Finance and Operations teams
